The results were definitely beyond our expectations

We want to thank you and your team for the outstanding job you did on the estate sale for Bob’s family in February! The house was so full of over 40 years of belongings (even though we had taken out most of what we saw as memorabilia and keepsakes), and you and your team were able to organize everything for display and sale in just a few weeks. Even the mess in the attic! The results were definitely beyond our expectations – the sales and the final clean-out. The place was left in a great empty condition, which is what we were expecting. It’s hard to fathom the amount of work, attention to detail, and tenacity it took to accomplish that.

In addition, you were incredibly easy to work with, both before and after the sale. We can’t thank you enough for that, as it was a trying time for us, with so much going on.

A special note: Your team saved a large plastic box from the attic that you indicated had old pictures in it, which it did. But we found an even better treasure in the box when we went through it last week. While going through the clear plastic bag of what looked like old papers, we discovered that the old papers were really every letter Bob’s dad had written during 1944 and 1945 while he was in Europe fighting in World War II, and sent to his (Bob’s dad’s) mother. She had saved every one of them, and they had made their way from her home in Homer, LA, to the Fayetteville house when she died years ago. There were over 132 letters from Sept 1944 to Sept 1945, plus about 30 other letters in the late 1940’s. What a treasure trove!! We are so appreciative of the effort of your team in retrieving this box and saving it for us. We have enjoyed immensely going through them and what Dad was going through in that timeframe.

Again, thanks ever so much for accomplishing this gargantuan task for us! We highly recommend you and your team to everyone in the area looking to accomplish the same undertaking.

Pam Warren of “Carolina: Let’s Get Organized” was a blessing to my sister and I when we had to arrange my mother’s estate sale in Fayetteville, N.C. It is hard to put in words just how helpful Pam and her services were to us. My sister and I both live over 800 miles from Fayetteville and were in need of someone who was reputable and knowledgeable about estate sales and could take charge of this overwhelming process. What we found particularly helpful was that after Pam completed the estate sale and settlement, she also provided us services to check on our home while it is up for sale and even helped arrange cleaning, electrician and heating/air conditioning repair services when we needed it. We highly recommend Pam and her crew.

I am so grateful for the well organized Senior Relocation that Carolina Let’s Get Organized did for me. Pam and Tracey were like family to me as we began our major downsizing and planned move to a retirement community in Raleigh. Tracey was able to sort and divide a lifetime of possessions and make suggestions along the way. They took things to consignment shops and donation locations. Since I am in a wheelchair I could not have done this enormous task without them. We became family! But maybe the best part was having them accompany me to my destination and UNPACK. Having learned my habits of storage in my kitchen and elsewhere in the house Tracey and Pam could put things in my new apartment in logical locations. They are experienced in the kinds of decisions one must make and were able to automatically put things in the right place. They never sat down; they kept me on task the whole time.
